Meet Hafsa, Our Visionary Founder
Hafsa, the founder of HAE Disability Services, brings over 15 years of experience in aged care and NDIS disability services. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives, driven by a commitment to equality and inclusion. With an advanced diploma in business, she combines professional expertise with heartfelt dedication to supporting people of all abilities.
As a mother of two, Hafsa believes everyone deserves opportunities to thrive. Her extensive experience includes working with people with physical and intellectual disabilities, autism, and recovery from major health events like strokes. Having collaborated with large organisations, she understands the importance of delivering person-centred, compassionate care tailored to individual needs.
Together with her long-time friend and co-founder, Eeman, Hafsa established HAE Disability Services to create meaningful, high-quality care that transforms lives. Their shared values and dedication ensure that every participant is supported, included, and empowered to achieve their goals.
